Recent Advances in Nonlocal Kinetic, Fluid and Diffusive PDEs

Jeju, 19-23 August 2019

Abstract & Goals

The aim of this international conference is to bring together experts in the mathematical analysis and numerical simulation of kinetic and fluid models worldwide. Fostering cross international collaboration between teams interested in different description levels of this type of models is the ultimate goal. Applications range from gas dynamics, consensus dynamics in crowds, opinions and collective motion to classical mathematical biology models as Keller-Segel type equations for chemotaxis passing by the links between kinetic, hydrodynamics and aggregation-diffusion models.
